Measurable goals
In addition to my overarching goal, I have a set of measurable goals and objectives that I will work on throughout the year. That’s because you can’t just flip a switch a “be” stronger or more confident. You have to have a plan and you have to accomplish a long series of smaller, more measurable objectives. After all, a good goal requires work!
Some of those measurable goals are as follows:
Physical health and fitness:
